My earliest memories of knitting come from watching my Mam and Nana, who were both passionate knitters.

At age nine, my first school project was a pair of mittens—though I definitely needed a little help along the way!

I went on to teach in primary schools for more than 30 years, where I also ran a knitting club and shared my love of the craft with children.

Now that I’m retired, I have even more time to enjoy my creative hobbies.

Nothing makes me happier than seeing people wear and enjoy my handmade knitted creations.
